I had a wonderful experience Monday that I want to share. A laughing (and crying) in amazement experience! It shows the beautiful, wondrous ways in which Spirit works and that Spirit is listening and helping!

The past few weeks I have been going through some changes in my personal life. I have been asking for help to see clearly on all levels, see the lessons in things, rise above fear and negativity, get out of stinkin’ thinkin’ and release and heal. I know Spirit is helping me because I am dealing with things differently than I have in the past, not following old patterns, but instead creating new, healthy ones. I have also been talking to Spirit more, voicing any fears and emotions. Well, every morning I check out Doreen Virtue’s Daily Angel Oracle Card. Monday’s card was Surrender and Release. There was something in the picture that caught my attention and got me thinking. As I left for my morning walk, I told God that I surrender and let go any control energy. I simply said it, set the intention and actually forgot about it. I had a nice walk even though it was a windy, on-again off-again rainy day. I even sat in the park for a bit, feeling the energy of Mother Nature around me and quieting my mind. I also noticed all of the birds flying around! They all seemed to be singing, which was really soothing and soon I was feeling very relaxed. And then I came home… to a wonderful surprise!

I checked my website email and found new messages. I looked at the first message (sent that morning while I was on my walk) and read the sender’s name. I didn’t recognize it and was thinking it was spam, but this message looked different than the usual spam. I read the email and as I went through it, I got this indescribable mix of feelings, almost of disbelief at first, but then somehow I knew there was something bigger going on. I was crying by the time I finished reading the message because it was beautiful and went straight to my heart. The way the email was signed caught my attention and I looked at the sender’s name again. The person who wrote this email is Micheal Teal. When I saw that, something clicked inside of me. Although those are Micheal’s words, I feel like Spirit sent a message through him to me because what he wrote addressed things I have been talking about to Spirit. In fact, I believe it was Archangel Michael! I work a lot with Archangel Michael and feel a special affinity with him. And when I made that connection in my head I got this warm, loving feeling and I swear it felt like someone was smiling. I know Archangel Michael to have a great sense of humor and I felt like I was on the loving receiving end of it at that moment! And over the next day and a half, I saw blue flashes of light (I call them angel flashes) around me. Archangel Michael sometimes appears to me as a blue light. The other interesting thing that stood out to me is his name, Micheal Teal. Although teal is technically a blue-green color, growing up I remember people always saying ‘teal blue’ and I think of it as being in the blue color family. Spirit knows I like to laugh and for signs to come in threes, so I definitely have three here! Even as I write this, I am feeling energy around me! And when I told my friends about the email, I got goose bumps every time!

Through his words I can feel his beautiful energy and am in awe how he is living and expressing his true authentic self. You have inspired me to do the same Micheal! His message exemplifies the beauty of the ripple effect and I am grateful he took the step to make that first ripple! Thank you also to God and Spirit for the amazing way you found to give me guidance to my questions! For giving me yet another LIA moment! I hope that by reading this you see, feel and know the wonderful ways in which Spirit works. That we are never truly alone because Spirit is always with us, listening and helping if we ask and then just let it happen!
