What happens during a session?

I ask that you get comfortable, either sitting or lying down. It is important to be in a quiet pace where you are safe to close your eyes (if needed) and not be disturbed by others, pets, phones, etc.
I start by calling in Spirit and setting a safe place for your session. I then ask what you would like to address during your session. You may have a specific thing(s) you want to ask about and focus on. Or you can leave it up to Spirit and what they want you to know at the present time. I then like to tune into your energy to feel what is going on with you both physically and energetically. I feel and am shown where energy is flowing and where there are blocks and resistance. This helps me to understand what is going on within you and how it relates to the thing(s) you want to focus on. I also receive information and messages from Spirit. These all come together to give you a bigger picture, a higher perspective to help you understand what you are experiencing and what you can do to move forward and feel better!

Do I have to be face-to-face with you to have a session?

No. Sessions can be in-person or remote via phone or video conference. It is up to the client and what they prefer. I have clients who I have never met in person! They have been just as happy with and greatly benefited from their remote sessions as client's who have had in-person sessions.
Energy is not limited by time or space. Your session is equally effective whether it is in-person or remote!

What are your abilities? How do you get spiritual information?

My abilities have expanded and strengthened over the years. First and foremost, is my clairsentience, which means clear feeling. I feel and sense energy. This includes emotions, people's physical ailments, the energy of a place or situation, people's vibration, Spirit, ghosts, group energy, etc. Honestly, each day brings me new experiences in what I pick up on and feel. It is clairsentience that allows me to feel what someone else is feeling as if it were my own. I use it to tune into a client's energy so I can see where energy is running smoothly within them and where there are blocks or imbalances, both energetically and physically. I can also tune into the energy of a relationship or situation and see if someone is moving in a good direction for them or not.
I’m also:
* clairvoyant, which means clear seeing. I get images in my mind's eye that provide answers, clarity and guidance.
* claircognizant, which means clear knowing. I get information about various things that I know to be true down to my soul. Some people say claircognizance is really your intuition. As time goes on and I live more intuitively, I believe that to be true. Intuition is your Divine compass that will always steer you in the best direction for you!
*an empath - this is connected to my clairsentience, where I feel others energy as if it were my own
*a healer - I channel healing energy to people to help them heal on all levels. It's also known as laying on of hands. I do this in-person and remotely.
*a channel - I act as a conduit for Spirit. I channel when I write, when I work with clients and even in my daily life interacting with people, animals and nature.
I work only with beings of the light - Spirit. I have a whole team of these beings, who I affectionately call my Spirit Posse. We work (I prefer the term play) together and they send me information, messages and guidance, for clients and for myself. My abilities help me communication with my posse. I also do energy work every day so I can be a clear channel for Spirit and help facilitate communication with them.

• Master teachers - beings who have lived a human life and achieved a high level of ascension/evolvement, like Jesus, Mother Mary, Buddha, Mohammad and Lao Tzu
• The angelic realm - I tend to work with the Archangels, especially Michael, Raphael, Metatron, Raguel, Azrael and Ariel
• My guides and angels
• Client’s guides and angels
• Other beings of the light – this includes loved ones who have crossed over

The specifics are different for each person, but in general, most clients say they feel calm and at peace after their session. Some clients feel energized, while others feel like they need a nap. It depends on what we did during the session and what was released and/or shifted energetically.
Know that when doing any kind of energy work, it happens instantly on the energetic level. With the physical body, however, it can take longer (hours or even days). I recommend drinking plenty of water afterwards to help your body to also release the energy. Also, listen to their body and honor what it's telling you. If you feel tired, take a nap or get some rest. If you feel an adrenaline rush, find a physical activity to help release that energy.
