You have a whole team of beings around you, helping you as you go through life. They are beings of light – Spirit Guides, guardian angels and other high vibrational beings who agreed to work with you before you were born. Your team works behind the scenes, doing all they can to love and support you during your life here.

We’ll start by covering the fundamentals of Spirit Teams. You will learn:

• What a Spirit Team is and who is on your team
• Why you have a team and what they do for you
• How to create a relationship with your team
• How to safely ask beings to join your team
• How to co-create with your team to bring more joy and meaning to your life
• How to connect and communicate with your team
• And more!

The majority of the class is spent connecting with 4 members of your Spirit Team. You will have time to communicate with them, receive guidance and attune to their energy. They are eager to make themselves known to you and nurture their connection with you!
